My Weekly/Daily Wellness Routine
Unlike my yearly or monthly protocols, my weekly/daily routine changes almost every day it truly depends on how I’m feeling and what my body needs at the time. I believe in listening closely to my body, noticing my energy levels, and adjusting my habits accordingly.
I often focus on adrenal health to keep my energy up, especially during the winter months. My go to is Adrenal Gland Support tea, which helps me stay steady, avoid burnout, and keep my stress response balanced.
For everyday immune support, I rotate between Astragalus Root, a gentle, long term immune tonic, and my Immunity Blend, which I love to enjoy as a latte in the morning mixed with my cocoa (coffee replacement). If I feel something coming on, I switch to my Pandemic Blend and usually drop everything else except Black Seed Oil if I have an infection, along with Nature’s Antibiotic for additional support. I always keep oregano oil on hand it works wonders if you ever get strep throat.
Hydration is a big part of my routine. I drink a lot of water throughout the day, always with a pinch of mineral rich sea salt to keep my electrolytes balanced.
Because I treat my ADHD naturally (and support my daughter’s as well), we both take omega-3s, methylated B6 and B12, zinc, and a high quality multivitamin. Here and there, I’ll add GABA and L-theanine for relaxation and focus, magnesium for muscle and nervous system support, NAC for antioxidant and detox benefits, and vitamin D during the winter months. I’m also considering adding glutathione for its antioxidant and cellular detox support.
My daily wellness plan isn’t rigid it flows with the seasons and my body’s needs. Some days are about gentle immune support, others about adrenal energy, and sometimes it’s targeted recovery when I feel something coming on. Some days it could be nothing at all.
Tip: The more you listen to your body and understand its signals, the more you can give it exactly what it needs no more, no less.
