How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier, but you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within North America (Canada and the United States).
Can I reuse the herbs after brewing?
Yes! You can reuse the herbs until they lose flavor or color. Typically, you can steep them 2–3 times depending on the herb.
Can children or pregnant women use your teas?
Some herbs may not be appropriate for children, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Always consult your healthcare provider before using herbal products if you are pregnant, nursing, or administering to children.
How should I store my teas?
We recommend removing the herbs from the original packaging and placing them in glass containers. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness and potency.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of herbal products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final.
What if my order says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check your tracking information carefully, check with neighbors, building managers, or your community mailbox.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact Canada Post first to file a claim. After filing a claim, email us with your invoice number and tracking information so we can assist you further.
