We process and ship orders within 2–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Shipping times depend on your location:

Canada: 2–10 business days

United States: 5–15 business days

International: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or postal service delays beyond our control.

Responsibility After Shipping:
Once an order is shipped, StemnRootz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, damaged or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, you must contact Canada Post to file a claim before reaching out to us.
