Missing or Lost Packages
If you received a delivery notification but can't locate your package, please follow these steps before contacting us:
Check all possible delivery locations.
Look carefully around your home, porch, garage, or building entrances.
Check with neighbors, building managers, or your community mailbox (especially for Canadian customers).
Review your tracking information.
Tracking updates often include notes from the carrier about where the package was placed.
Read any delivery comments carefully for more details.
Contact Canada Post directly to file a claim.

Once you have filed a claim with Canada Post:
Please email us at stemnrootz@icloud.com with the following information:
Your full name
Your invoice number
Your tracking number
A brief note confirming that you have contacted Canada Post
We will be happy to assist further and help escalate your claim if needed.
