Intercellular Cleanse

This 3-phase cleanse is inspired by Dr. Sebi’s teachings on deep cellular healing. It’s designed to detox your colon, liver, kidneys, blood, and lymphatic system—one layer at a time.

Phase 1: Colon Cleanse (14 days)

Flushes old waste, mucus, and toxins

Supports bowel regularity and gut reset

Take 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup at night

Phase 2: Detoxification (2–4 weeks)

Cleanses liver, kidneys, and blood

Helps clear skin, boost energy, and reduce inflammation

Drink 2–3 cups daily

Phase 3: Lymphatic Cleanse (2–4 weeks)

Opens lymphatic drainage pathways

Clears stagnation and cellular waste

Drink 2–3 cups daily

How to Use:
Start with the Colon Cleanse for 14 days, then continue with the Detox blend for 2–4 weeks, followed by the Lymphatic Cleanse for another 2–4 weeks. Do not combine all teas at once. Follow instructions on each tea for best results.
