Pandemic Blend – Respiratory & Immune Support 3oz

What's in the blend?

• Elderberry: Naturally rich in anthocyanin antioxidants.
• Mullein: Traditionally prepared for respiratory and throat comfort.
• Sarsaparilla: A grounding traditional root herb.
• Burdock Root: Historically used in digestive and skin-support teas.
• Dandelion: A traditional bitter botanical for digestive wellness.
• Milk Thistle: A long-used botanical associated with liver wellness.

Brewing directions

Bring water to a boil, remove from heat and add 1–2 teaspoons of the blend per cup. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain carefully. Ensure elderberry pieces are thoroughly cooked before consuming any berries.
